General Conditions

Your rental is for a MAXIMUM of four guests and the apartment is provided with dining facilities and beds for the maximum allowable guests. Very young babies as extra guests are allowed but we do not provide cots etc. these facilities must be brought with you.
If extra guests are found to be occupying the apartment, all guests will be asked to leave without refund.

No parties or late night noise is permitted in consideration for the occupants of adjacent accommodation.

Cancelation Policy

Guests can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation

We facilitate prepayment of the full amount from our guests before arrival via credit card and Paypal.

A security deposit is required to cover any damages or breakages during your stay. This deposit will be refunded to our guests on receipt of a report from our cleaning staff and repaid to your requested bank account within a period of 5-7 days from the end of your booking.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking

Public parking is always possible on the Esplanade and at at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs approx £10 per day. Parking can be pre-booked before your stay via paybyphone with location code HV09FYZ for the Espanade. Weekly tickets are available covering the whole Island.
